Hello sir, today 31/01/2018 aircel cut my 31 main balance without any reason
.
as soon as i see my main balance it showing zero balance . it shows some vas services ...some music connect ...first of all i wont listen to any music only this is not the right way to deduct my balance ... i was in a urgent call sudenly this happened from such a long time such a wate disturbance is happennig ...no response from customer service. the not the call had

disconnected and they activate some services . i want my money back other

wise i will make a complaint to seniior authority provider please resolve.

We have checked the account and found that the free music service has been renewed on 31st Jan’18 for which Rs.31 got debited from the account and the service was activated in your account on 1st Jan’18 through an outbound call based on your due consent. We would like to inform you that service has been already deactivated and we regret to inform you we would not be able to process any waiver in this regard.

Kindly note that VAS services can be deactivated by dialing 155223 (toll free) or by sending an SMS as STOP to 155223 (toll free). We suggest you to register Do Not Disturb (DND) services on your account to avoid receiving any promotional calls and SMS from our end. You can send an SMS as START 0 (for fully blocking the services) to 1909 to register for DND services which would be activated in 7 working days post sending the request.
