[Resolved]  Aircel — My aircel sim card has not been activated from (11,July afternoon 1:pm) till now ,which was promised to be activated in 2 hours only

I needed a micro sim card, for my new phone 11, July, 1:00 pm (afternoon)- At aircel store, the person told me that micro sim cards are not available, Then he gave me a new sim after cutting it and charged 50 Rs., told me that it will be activated in 2 hours maximum. When I called him at 4 p.m -he told me server is down nothing can be done. At 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm I called him and his reply was same -server is down. Even today (13, July) my sim has not been activated. My number is -[protected], is still not been activated.

No, my SIM card is not active, It is still deactivated .

My old sim was broken by a shopkeeper while cutting it into a micro SIM card
and on the same day, I went To AIRCEL store

I have already paid Rs. 50 and submitted my ID to get a micro sim card for my no. [protected], which is inactive till now.

Please activate it .This number is of great importance for me, Please activate it as early as possible .
