Sir, I m talking anushka singh. I recharged with rs.70 top up on 9th october and net recharge of rs.58 on 14th october. But today[protected] both balance and net balance is showing zero without it's full use by me. Even validity is also there. So i tried to contact aircel customer complaint care 198. But they refused to help me and talked rudely. You are requested to please show your interest in this issue and help me. Otherwise i m an advocate and is ready to file a case against you guys as i also recorded the calls which i have done with your customers executives telling their names too. Thank you.
