We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that as we checked you have done a Data pack RC_53 on date 7thJun’16 and got the benefit (1GB valid for 5 Days) which was expired on date 14thJun’16 but even after that you access GPRS on date 15thJun’16 and got charged from main account balance as per base rate i.e. 10p/10kb the charges are found correct hence no adjustment applicable for the same.
