Aircel — my name janakiraman and having mobile no.[protected] not showing any network from last 2 days..

Sir, i has been using aircel no.[protected] since 2009, but recently network is not showing. I want port out other network. But they are asking upc no. How i get upc no without network in my sim. Pleasefy the issues or otherwise please tell about porting out by other than sms.
Please let know the other options of getting upc no... Customer care also not responding...
