[Resolved] Aircel — national customer preference register for ucc (do not call registry - trai) | |||
My mobile number is [protected]. I have registered with trai's telecom commercial communications customer preference portal on 15.04.2010 with preference - "no call and sms". The preference details were modified by aircel on 24.02.2014 without my knowledge, i once again reset my preference on 16.03.2015 as "no call and sms". I received several promotional sms even after my resetting the preference. Again i had to reset the preference on 08.12.2016 as "no call and sms". Still i am receiving promotional sms different ids and even from aircel. I have forwarded the messages received to 1909 in the required format. E. G - dm-kotakm on 16.09.2017, dm-kotakm on 09.09.2017, md-appollo on 01.09.2017, ad-sharkn on 23.08.2017, dz-herbal on 22.07.2017, dt-aircel on 12.06.2017, dt-aircel on 11.06.2017, dt-aircel on 10.06.2017, dt-aircel on 09.06.2017 etc. Was this information helpful? | |||
