[Resolved]  Aircel — NDMC 170317 PI2 activated wrongly

Auto deducting 2 rs daily but I did not activated any service. I have not used your mobile data please refund my amount. I tried calling customer care number but all executives are busy all the time.
Request you please deactivate this service asap and return my money back.
Hope you will do a thorough investigation and ensure that it doesn't repeat in future.

Although, the service has been deactivated from our end but the charges are found to be correct and hence we regret that no waiver is applicable.

It's quite strange what Aircel found after 3days. I haven't used even 1bit of your data and have never activated this service. Please refund all the money your have cheated from me.
Can you please confirm on what basis this service was activated in first place?

Nice to know you tried to contact. My number being not reachable shows poor network of Aircel.
I don't have alternate number.
Please tell what exact information you want from me. As a service provider you are supposed to have all the relevant information.
By the time you get success in talking me over phone please share below information in this forum:
1. How much data I've used as per your records.
2. What procedure I followed to activate this service.
