[Resolved]  Aircel — Need refund amount on excess debit

Hi, I am looking for the Refund amount for the excess debit on my credit card payment which happened due to network issue during the payment process.
My Aircel postpaid no : [protected] (Chennai circle) has been surrendered last year as I shifted to home city(Assam).
There was an unbilled amount of Rs 106/, while paying due to network issue I had to attempt 3 times (via credit card)to get the payment successful message. When I get the credit card bill, than I come to know about the excess debit which was clearly showing in the computer system of Aircel customer care point(Mangaldai) too during my verification.
As per their suggestion I mailed to ([protected]@aircel.co.in /[protected]@aircel.co.in) and they replied to refund the amount within 45-60 days. But I have not received any reply after completion of 60 days. I tried to contact many times to customer care but every time they used to give new service request number on against my queries.
Now they have sent the earlier mail again stating that the refund will be paid within 45-60 days.
I have attached the mail communication pic for ref. Please help and guide me to get my money back!

Thanks for forwarding my issue to the concerned department.
But I did not seen/received any positive move on my earlier mails/requests from them till now.
Kindly provide me any contact person number from the concerned department?

Also my excess debit amount is approx Rs 3200/, which is a high amount to count on.
