This is bharath kumar and i am using aircel network for past 10 years.
I have applied for portability change from aircel to jio network. But the network have not changed even after a week. When i checked with jio folks, they communicated the request to aircel and aircel is rejected the request. Even i spoke with aircel complaint office head quarters in chennai spencers over a telephonic conversation. The spoke person (Prakash) is not properly responding to me.
Today, i also went to porur aircel store office in person. Even there also not responding properly. Finally they are asking me to roam here and there without proper communication.
My request is simple, close my network with aircel. Even for this small things also they are troubling the customers to run behind them.
I felt very bad now to being the aircel customer for this so long period.
If any action is not taken even after this complaint, then there is no use of keeping my aircel sim.
