Aircel — Net pack complaints

My aircel no is [protected]..of orissa...I hv recharged Rs37 net pack on 23rd march &I got only 175mb only..but customer care agents told that any nèw aircel sim before 90 days will get the benefit of 350mb net on Rs. 37 recharge. ..but I can't get 350mb net...I gave complain on 198 my complain no is 1-[protected].still my problem was not solved...
