Aircel — Network failed and customer care not responding

I had already complained twice for network as it is not available inhouse. Both the times, aircel representative said that it will be solved in 3 days, but no action has been taken yet. And now they are not responding even to my call. Using aircel is like a hell. I daily miss a lot o[censored]rgent calls and cant even change my number. Please respond and solve it. You can contact me any time between 11 am to 6 pm. I already shared this time during complaint.Thereafter, no problem has been solved yet. Why ? Please contact as soon as possible as i miss a lot of important calls daily.
