Aircel — network issue again

I am using aircel from past four years and without any prior information they disconnected all the network services, my number is connected with bank accounts, aadhar and many more services, i want to retain my number but network is not available so i can't even send port message, help me with the same issue how can i retain the same number, the sim is of delhi & ncr and my location is noida sector-62 so please help me with this issue as soon as possible, it's urgent.
