[Resolved] Aircel — network issue (not getting 3g network) | |
Mr. /mrs manager, Myself anjani kumar choubey but an aircel sim two weeks ago. That has a plan of rs 399 claiming that they will provide free calling to any network plus 1gb 3g data every day for 4 month. But i am not able to get even a proper call not even 2g data. I lodged a complaint regarding this on third day after i bought the sim. First they told it not problem with network the problem is in your phone, then one of your man came visited me checked my phone and told phone has no problem, something is wrong with network. After that i lodged complaint again and again but the response was unpleasant and the issue has not been resolved yet. Was this information helpful? | |
