Aircel — network not working/ blocked

I have aircel sim and having balance and net pack but suddenly aircel network has been blocked and not working in gaya
My number and balance details as below.

[protected]. Balance (Recharged with rs 155) more than 15 days still to finish pack.

I want my money back from aircel in my bank account because aircel network is not working any more in gaya.
