Aircel — no connection

My aircel number is not working from past one month delhi ncr region. i don, t know what to do i have attached this number to many accounts so really need this number
can you help me with some solution to this problem
i tried to PORT it but sms doesnt work . please help me through this problem
as soon as possible.
and i dont understand how can you do this to your coustmers without telling them you just take your services off
please look into this problem seriously
