Aircel — no network: unable to port out

I am in the dead zone for past many days and donot think that network coverage will improve. Please provide me UPC code so that I can port out to different operator. My aircel number is [protected]. My alternate number is [protected]. I'm trying to many times but not solve dis I'm also trying call to aircel appellate but Not pick up phone and not replying. So plz send process port without network Asap Thnx
