Aircel — no prior intimation to customers before aircel shutdown

When i heard of some news regarding the shutdown of aircel during december 2017 and january 2018, the message from aircel states that it is a rumour and aircel will continue its service. By believing in the message (Sms) officially from aircel, i recharged my account with rs.600 and opted for a offer of rs.400. And i have rs.200 in my aircel account.

But before two weeks, aircel suddenly stopped its service and whenever possible that is, when the tower signal comes again the only message i received from aircel is "we are expecting a disruption in network, please make alternative arrangements-aircel". When the disruption happens, i still had one month of validy for my above mentioned rs.400 plan and rs. 200 in my aircel account.

Being an aircel customer for around 10 years, they have stolen my money.
They didn't do anything to return the balance in aircel account.

They even took many days to give my port code.
They are not all considering their customers. Money is the only thing they see.
I was trying to call the customer care but no response. How a big company like aircel can shutdown its service without any prior intimation to customers. Because, no loss happens within one day. They definitely would have known that the are gonna loss. So they would have been informed their customers atleast before a week.

Trai was questioning jio regarding its free services when other telecom companies complained about the continued free offers from jio. Does that mean trai is only concerning about only the income of big telecom companies and not the service delivered to common people??
I kindly request trai to take take necessary steps against aircel for its negligence towards customers to return atleast the money we had in our aircel accounts.
