Before 28th April 2014, I recharged my mobile with Rs.50 and on 28th April when I called My friend, after few seconds my call disconnected and when I saw my balance I was shocked it was Rs.0.00.I called in customer care for help, he picked my call and I told him my problem.He told "you have requested for a game that is why your balance is zero".I did not requested at all, god knows how thats happened, any ways then I asked him "for which game I have requested". He told "avengers". I told him "'Ok' I am seeing whether I have got that game or not".
After few minutes again I called and told him I have not got its full version.He told you will get one message with a link, click on that link and download your game. I told him "I did not receive any message".
After 2days I checked my bal it was Rs.10.00.I do not from where this money came.
Again I tried to call in customer care but for 5-6 days I did not get any response.Again one day they receive my call I explain my problem .She said" look our system is not working it is down now call after 2 hrs". Again I called, he told "our system is down".
After few days I again dial 198, she said "I can not see your transaction because our system is down so I can not help you, call afterwards".
It is so frustrating, I lost my Rs.50 and Aircel service is not so good.I get the Aircel Sim for net pack but after few days it increases its rate so I was not able to use its net features.Now I have kept it for call purpose now It is deducting my money.Now I am afraid of recharging my mobile.
