[Resolved]  Aircel — no response from 121 and 198

I have recharge with 199 rs (Plan o[censored]nlimited call for 28 days + 10 gb of data) on 16 of august 2017 but today 05 september 2017, i suddenly not able to call after 3.30 pm. I tried to call at 121 and 198 approx 50 times but there is no response from the aircel. This is my worst experience from the customer service of the aircel. If the company is not able to listen the customers problem then how customer trust for the service.

We would like to inform you that Rs 199 offer was valid only till 11/08/2017 on your number and you recharged with this product on 16/082017. Hence, the mentioned benefits couldn't be applied on your number .
