Aircel — no tower

My aircel network went off, they are going to shutting down soon. I'm not able to get my porting code from them. How to port out from this network, if my tower is went off like that.
I'm fed up, we are using this network for past 5 years or more than that.
I'm unsatisfied with this kind of service to consumer.
Help me to resolve this issue asap.
