Aircel — Non receiving of proper service from aircel | |||||
I have done a recharge on my aircel sim card on 11/11/15 on Rs. 148/- for unlimited 2G internet. I got the confirmation from aircel about the same. But when I try to use the internet it doesn't work. i tried calling the customer care number but they were saying that I have not even done a recharge for it and were giving me silly excuses. I have tried all possible ways like to save the net settings, keeping enough balance, etc but neither worked for me. Now almost half of the month is gone and I am without internet on my phone. Just to confirm that I have done the recharge I am attaching the snapshot of the message that I got from aircel in my Inbox. Was this information helpful? | |||||
