Hi, you are right, the same thing happens to me i try to contact customer care it connected to chennai call center and then the call gets disconnected in middle of the conversation, this happened repeatedly for 19 times, i got frustrated and hung the phone
finally i made my request which is just to activate data service for my mobile, after 2 weeks still the service request is unanswered.
