[Resolved] Aircel — not getting incoming calls

Dear aircel team,

This to inform you that i bought these new numbers my incoming call not coming even messages also, while somebody calling it's directly declining
Even i have check with other phone it showing same things.

So i am requesting you to that please solve this issue and help me out. Because this number is official number.
If it won't get resolved today i will break your sim and throw away # all service
