Aircel — not getting proper response

I am Hashim Malek
My Aircel no is [protected] I am getting network problem from 4 to 5 days when ever I call at customer care number it's go on hold and disconnect automatically.
Because of this I can't able to recharge my number and can't able to call anyone.
So I dropped port msg but I didn't get my porting code.
So please help me in this matter urgently
