[Resolved] Aircel — Not getting total benefit of my recharge of rupees 149 | |||
I have recharged with 149 rupees on my number at 6 dec 2016. But the benefit which is in my best offers that unlimited voice call (Local/std) and 2 gb internet pact was not given to me yet. I have get 2 gb internet pack but voice call charge is still unaffected. I have called many time to customer care to solve my problem but they did not give me valid answer. I request that please give me my total benefit of my 149 that is i want unlimited voice (Local/std) call for 28 days on my number [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I have received a call on the behalf of Aircel and I was informed about one offer and I also have recording for that call in my mobile. and after call company deducted Rs. 198 in my mobile balance. After that I call back in that call number but I received no answer from other side.
