Aircel — not getting upc code & facing difficulties

Aircel suddenly stops their service, so in a deep trouble, because my bank a/c, different wallets, aadhar no. Everything is incorporated with aircel no.
Please provide me the upc code so i can change my service provider with the no. Intact.
I will be very grateful if you quickly solve the matter.
