Aircel — not give me refund

Sir i have recharged my aircel number [protected] with 77 Rs. on 13 may 2014 from paytm site. according of paytm site my recharge was successful & my IBL a/c has been debited with 77 Rs. but not done my recharge on my number. i am sending paytm receipt of 77 Rs. please find attachment kindly solve my probblem
