Sir, I am trying to port my number as there is no network of aircel since last few days and i do not have any other number so i am in a middle of no connection situation. I had send a couple of porting request to 1900 but the port code had not been provided to me. It will be very helpful if you please look into the matter and provide me with a porting code. Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 20, 2018 Updated by Arghya K I am facing serious problems due to non availability of my primary phone number which is of aircel. Even customer care number of aircel west bengal ([protected]) is not picking up calls. I am not able to generate UPC of my aircel number. Please issue UPC as soon as possible. Its been 18 days since I posted the complaint but no resolution have been provided.
