Aircel — not receipt the upc code for aircel number

My number is [protected], and sent multiple port messages but have not received any message... We have not note received any information about it..
Aircel did not even sent us a message about this. When i am dialing for upc... They are saying that they cannot mat the mobile number and last 4 digits of sim in their records.
Am facing same problem with my mom's aircel number where we are not receiving any calls and messages.. Number is [protected]... We tried for upc but today got a message that you are not authorised to send port request for this number. However it is my mom's number...
It is very critical as we have this number updated everywhere..
