Aircel — not received mnp code

I was having a aircel number. But now a days aircel is having very poor service. So i sent msg several times to obtain the mnp code (Upc). But after so many multiple attempts i havent been abled to receive the same. No response are coming after sending the mnc code request msg. My number is [protected] (Aircel assam). This is my very old number. I would be very grateful to you if you solve this.
