Aircel — not receiving port sms upc code

Dear sir/madam,

I have tried 3-4 times to get UPC code for port request. But not received any sms for upc code. Incoming sms from any number is not working and also any transactional sms are not working. Sometimes network signal is very weak.

Kindly look into the issue. Also customer care IVR is not transferring call to any executive due to technical issue as they stats.
