Aircel — not receiving porting code since 3 weeks

I am not able to receive porting code on aircel. I have sent porting sms multiple time in past 2 weeks.

In my home location, the network always shows "emergency calls only". I have kept the phone in my office and sending porting sms daily.

Please help me get the porting code asap as lots of financial and personal dependency on this number.
