Aircel — not receiving the upcoming code on my number

Hello sir,
I have not received my unique porting code (Upc) code on my aircel number. I have sent my porting request to 1900 yesterday (In 23rd february 2018). But i have not received my unique porting code (Upc) from aircel telecom provider yet. Please sent me my unique porting code through email otherwise sent me the unique porting code through sms very quickly. I want to port my number urgently to vodafone as in my place there is low aircel network coverage. Please see my report.

Dear,

I am having a same Aircel number.
i was also suffering from network issue.
if was also not getting call.
So please do forwarding your Aircel number to any another number.
you will start getting call on another number on which you do forward.
