Aircel — number disconnected and provided to another customer without any notification

Please help me out as my aircel number [protected] has been disconnected nsd they have alloted to another person without any Notification or mail, and i have called them.and they said they don't have any clue of resolving the problem which creates a great impact to my professional and personal life .
