Aircel — Number Disconnected Without any notice and Issue to Other person in a month

Dear Concern
I was using an aircel no([protected]) from last 2 years, but 1 month back my number was pulled out of service without any prior notice.When i approach your customer store, I got to know the number is allotted to some other person, with in a month only.Is this the procedure of disconnecting a number without any notice and issuing it to some other within a month is correct??
