I had an Aircel number since from 4 years. But recently due to personal reasons I could not use just for 2 months from October 9th, 2013 to December 5th, 2013. When I tried to check the sim card last month (December 2013), the sim card was inactive. I asked customer care representative. They told the number is in other person's name. How can Aircel take back the number from me, since I used it for long time and gave just 2 months gap. That too the disconnect happened without intimation call/sms. Aircel has precious time to make all promotional calls and send sms, but they have no time to call and say that you have not used this number from few days, so we are disconnecting. Or at least they should have sent an sms. Even that is not done. Now ultimately I need the same number since I used it for 4 years or compensation. Was this information helpful? |
