Aircel — number not recharged and not receiving porting code

I am a user of aircel from long time and i have started facing issue regarding balance not received in my account, activation of hello tunes without my permission... This time aircel has simply crossed the limit... I have received msg of recharge from my retailer but aircel has not release my balance... This is too much... I want consumer forum to take strict legal action against such fraud company like aircel...

Updated by navinlohia123 I have recharged my number but haven't receive the amt... This had happened many a times before but it is still happening again and again... I would like to lodge a complaint now... This has happened many times.. I m fed up by this evil practices of aircel... They all are #... All only want money for free without working... Plz help.. This is very hectic..
