I recharged my aircel number [protected] through online for Rs. 193 on 10.3.15 and also recharge another 193 on 11.3.15 but still it wont recharged in my account.the transaction details are 11-Mar-2015 (11-Mar-2015) TO TRANSFER INB Aircel Recharge AIRCEL_RECHARGE Paym BSBI[protected]IG00SITRT1 TRANSFER TO[protected].00 (10-Mar-2015) TO TRANSFER INB Aircel Recharge AIRCEL_RECHARGE Paym BSBI[protected]IG00SFBHD3 TRANSFER TO[protected].00 kindly do the needful and credit the amount in my account. and i try to complaint several times in 198 and 121 but i am not able to contact your customer care executive. We would like to inform you that we had not received the recharged of Rs.193/- on 10th & 11th Mar, Please be informed that the amount will be reversed to your bank account in case of failure transaction.Same had been informed.
