I have received the following message as a result of an online recharge i had done yesterday (30.01.2018) around 11.08 p. M. "your request to recharge 398 inr cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is chr[protected]." The money i had paid online for the same was debited, with the recharge being unsuccessful. Kindly do the needful to refund the money i have spent on an "unsuccessful recharge." Warm Regards, Aircel Social Media Team Verified Support Feb 02, 2018 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Senorita, We would like to inform you that we are unable to find any transaction made towards the number [protected] for the amount of Rs.398/- on the mentioned date. We have seen that that the transaction has been failed and we haven’t received any credit for the same from your bank end. Any transaction’s unclaimed amount should be refunded back to your bank account within 7 working days from your bank end and we request you to get in touch with your bank to know more information about the refund. If the debited amount hasn’t been refunded back to your bank account within 7 working days, we would request you to provide us with the following details in order to check and do the needful:- 1. Payment Gateway Transaction number or the transaction number (CH[protected]XXXXXXXXXXXX) 2. Bank and website name through which the transaction is processed If your bank confirms that the amount has been debited from your account by Aircel, we would request you to forward us the scanned copy of the original bank statement / bank certificate with the clearing bank’s name and mentioning that the payment has been made towards AIRCEL for us to enable further action on the same.
