Hello there aircel, I recharged online on my number [protected] for rs 165 offering 500mb 2g/3g per day for 28days on 7 feb 2018. My account got deducted but i never got the recharge. I've tried thrice but no success. I got the same reply everytime saying that the transaction cannot be completed at this time. Warm Regards, Aircel Social Media Team Verified Support Feb 08, 2018 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Mapuia Pachuau, We would like to inform you that Post system validation it was found that the transaction of MRP 165 on the number [protected] on 07/02/2018 at 00:07:56 and 00:39:46 was failed. If the Bank Account got debited, the amount will refund automatically within 5 working days from the date of the transaction from Bank end. In case the amount not credited back after 5 working days, Kindly provide us the bank statement/bank certificate showing the debit against AIRCEL So that our team can take necessary action.
