[Resolved] Aircel — Outgoing and Incoming calls are barred | |||
Dear Sir, Sim number [protected], its a Aircel postpaid CUG sim, due to some personal reasons I had not used it for some time, so the sim was barred. But at 16/Nov/2016 I have paid Rs.500 at local aircel postpaid center to enable the sim. They said your payment is updated, the persons in Aircel office only able to enable your sim, we cannot do anything from here. I was very much affected due to this unaddressed problem from your end. Because more than a month, after I paid my money, still I could not able to communicate with this sim. Kindly please address this problem immediately.
