[Resolved] Aircel — Outgoing barred without reason | |||
I paid the bill before due date...outgoing facility s barred.. I called to customer service 100 times all r telling it's in active.. And suggested to restart the phone.. Til now it's not working.. Kindly check n solve my issue. After some time they are telling tat we received an disconnection request.. I raised an issue to close my another account : [protected] But u disconnected my current account.. Before disconnecting won't u even call and confirm.. 1. Is it right to disconnect the number which I gave to contact me.. 2. Wil u delete the disconnect request for my current no:[protected] 3.Wil u disconnect the number :[protected] which I'm already close but stil receiving payment. Kindly update i[censored] can do it... Don't behave badly to ur regular customers.. We are using around 10 Aircel sim for various purpose. Was this information helpful? | |||
