Aircel — Outgoing facility stopped

Unwanted service is being charged on my mobile no. [protected]. And my outgoing facility has been stopped as I have not paid the amount of these unwanted service. I have been writing since july to Aircel not to add any VAS but they are not listening. Can anyone help me out .

Hi BIRENDER KUMAR,

We would like to inform you that the you has subscribed vas service like DIGTVM on 19th November 2015 at 03:37AM through WAP mode for which you have been charged Rs99. The charges are found correct hence no waiver is applicable for the same. The vas service has been deactivated from your account.
