Aircel — Outgoing / Incoming calls were not working - [protected]

Hi, I never seen a worst network like aircel i have been blocked from receiving incoming and outgoing calls for the past 8hrs though i have enough balance in my main account am very upset because of this and i lost many of my business today. I want this problem to be solved as soon as possible or get a way to post a complain further. Mobile : [protected]. Thanks, Sathish
