[Resolved] Aircel — Overcharging/ Unnecessary bills

My Aircel connection no is [protected].

I terminate the connection of 31.3 2017..& further without any reason my connection got reactivated on 6/4/2017.. This is total cheating by company.

Then they raise unnecessary charges from April, May, June. Total Rs. 557/-

Every time they are threatening by payment about the payment issues.

We would like to inform you that the disconnection request for the number [protected] was raised on 03/04/2017 and the same was retained on 06/04/2017 as per the request. Hence, the disconnection request not processed and bill charges generated as per the process and the number has been permanently disconnected from our network on 24/05/201. Also, we would like to inform that we have not received any payment from April to June 17. Hence, we request you to clear the outstanding amount of Rs.557/-.
