Aircel — Payment deducted with no intimation for data usage when called customer care I receive no proper response. One caller provided fake information.

Hi, I'm registering this complaint via e-mail under reference to the complaint number 1-[protected] that I got from a customer support woman. With no intimation my call balance was deducted both from main and special account. I need a refund, because there was no intimation made to me while my data balance was expired. And I have been a customer for Aircel more than 8 years and I'm facing few issue regularly in the recent times. I was using postpaid connection few years and that was pathetic so I changed to prepaid which is more worst now. I really need a refund that is the only cause of mine to take these actions. First caller said I'll receive a call back in 24 hours but I never received. Also few of the callers from customer service were unfit to handle a customer, they cut their call without providing me any resolution(Note: I have call timings if you need to take recordings). I had a conversation with a caller on 01.11.2015 who just blindly said I'll get my refund back just to hang up my call. When I called again and spoke with an other person from customer service they said I have no possibility of getting the refund back. So my question is, why do they provide fake information to a customer. Do they get paid or they working as a slave.

We have investigated your issue and found that the balance was deducted for 2G/3G data usage, then charged as per base rate from Main a/c for excess usage.

I really feel unsatisfied with the lethargic way of answer you have provided even after these many days. The type of reply you have given is what the same I received by any of your unfit customer service employees.
I didn't raise up for deduction on data usage. My query was why you guys never bothered to send any notification on my data expiration. Moreover why where your customer care service employees are treating the customers like a poop. The reason I raised up again today is because two days ago again a balance of Rs.25(randomly) has been deducted from my account for data usage. FYI I have re charged my account with 198 pack by second week of February and the same got expired with in couple of months. I wanted to register here that I use a WiFi connection at home and I most of the time stay at home. Moreover I never able to use 3G in my phone only after changing my simcard to prepaid. if I switch to 3G my mobile network goes off(I use iPhone4S). Despite using 2G alone I'm really confused how a 1GB data pack can be expired. As per "Right to Ask" i want to know what all the data did I use and why was I charged excess.
