Hello, Mobile Number : +91-[protected] Circle: Andhra Pradesh. I'm Rajesh from Hyderabad, There is some balance deduction in my main balance in between date (12/22/2016 to 12/25/2016) and I have no idea about the deduction why it happened. When ever I tried to reach the customer support / Complaint support care center by dialing 198, I'll be redirected to some technical department so they are helpless with my question. As a platform I want answers for below two questions. 1. What is the reason for decucting balance. 2. We would like to inform you that service has been deactivated and we regret to inform you that we would not be able to process any waiver for the service as the same got activated based on your consent. Please note that VAS services can be deactivated by dialing 155223 (toll free) or by sending an SMS as STOP to 155223 (toll free). We suggest you to register Do Not Disturb (DND) services on your account to avoid receiving any promotional calls and SMS from our end. You can send an SMS as START 0 (for fully blocking the services) to 1909 to register for DND services which would be activated in 7 working days post sending the request.
