[Resolved]  Aircel — Poor network service and disrespectful customer service

I am using Aircel since 8 years and have never faced this kind of humiliation.
I have raised a complaint regarding the poor network service provided by Aircel on 9th Oct. A ticket with ticket number 1-[protected] is sent to my mobile.
Next day i.e.., on 10 Oct, an executive called me and informed that an engineer would visit my place to resolve the problem. I waited the entire day for the engineer to come but in vain. I waited for 2 more days and have written to the appellate authority of aircel explaining my grievance. But I did not get any reply from them too. Suddenly on 13 Oct, I received a message from Aircel saying that the issue is being resolved. I took the pains of calling the customer care to enquire about what had happened with the issue. I told the customer care executive that no engineer turned up and the issue is still prevalant. The executive as usually in a rude manner said that the engineer did call me but the call did not connect. The fact of the matter is that I have raised request to resolve the network issue, and have given my house address. The fact that the engineers call did not get connected proves my complaint and the Aircel team is expected to give few more trials to reach me, instead the closed the issue without even confirming from me about the issue and the disrespectful conversations by the executives is an additional bonus. I request to forward my complaint to Aircel and resolve my issue as early as possible. Thank you.
