Aircel — port code not sending by aircel

I am trying to port my AIRCEL number [protected] as there is no network of aircel at my location.
But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times since 4th of march 2018.
AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As I am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area.
