Aircel — port code not sent. problem in communication. total network blackout since 1 week.

I am from Dibrugarh, Assam and for the last few days there is total black out in Aircel network. I want to change my network, my number is[protected]. But how to get my port code?
I sent a sms "PORT [protected]" to 1900 from my aircel number on Saturday, but no response from Aircel whatsoever.
Please look into the matter.
